This interview addresses the question of resilience in entrepreneurial support organisations, drawing on the experience of Frédéric Olive, director of CoSens. Resilience is seen here as a collective capacity to cope with crises. It rests on consistency between the values passed on to entrepreneurs and internal practices. Frédéric Olive also stresses the importance for leaders of preserving their personal balance through spaces of trust, such as peer exchanges or supportive governance. The organisation must also be able to reorganise itself in order to last, while keeping a clear direction and paying attention to people. Finally, resilience is a committed approach that gives meaning to action, makes it possible to hold firm over time and to continue supporting entrepreneurs responsibly.
