Corporate accelerators: from start-up activators to ecosystem activators – 15.11.2022
In recent years, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems have undergone profound changes, notably with the development of schemes such as French Tech and the emergence of new players such as corporate accelerators. Set up on the initiative of established companies such as Airbus, Crédit Agricole, CMA CGM or Microsoft, these spaces, which are conducive to open innovation, aim to foster the emergence and growth of start-ups, and even unicorns.
In this context, it is worth questioning the role of these new players in ecosystem dynamics. While their contribution to supporting innovative young companies now seems to be recognised, what about their role in the facilitation and governance of ecosystems? To what extent do they help to foster interactions between ecosystem actors: entrepreneurs, support providers, universities, investors, established companies, policymakers and the media?
The aim of this webinar is to open a debate on the evolution of corporate accelerators and their impact on ecosystem dynamics.
