# 5 Relation entre les écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux : Cas de la Guyane et de Montpellier
Transregional relationships between entrepreneurial ecosystems, often overlooked, represent an untapped potential for innovation and development. Contrary to the traditional view that confines ecosystems to a 100 km radius, digitalisation and the mobility of resources are creating opportunities beyond territorial boundaries.
A case study of the Montpellier and French Guiana ecosystems, based on 50 interviews with key actors and the analysis of an entrepreneurial project, reveals the challenges and opportunities of these transregional connections. This innovative research explores how such relationships, despite political reluctance stemming from fears of losing resources, can be mutually enriching for the ecosystems involved.
