L\u2019article explore ces dynamiques en s\u2019appuyant sur une \u00e9tude qualitative men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un incubateur universitaire. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les E-E mobilisent l\u2019information pour quatre fonctions\u00a0: avancement, innovation, acculturation, identitaire\u00a0; conditionn\u00e9es par deux attributs\u00a0: exactitude et accessibilit\u00e9. Bien que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux num\u00e9riques aient un r\u00f4le central pour trois de ces fonctions, notre \u00e9tude souligne aussi les effets n\u00e9fastes associ\u00e9s.
