However, the institutionalization process and intrapreneurial impacts of such accelerators remain underexplored. Drawing on neoinstitutional theory, we introduce the concept of entrepreneurial ecosystemic institutional work. On the basis of a qualitative study of two French accelerators, we identify a three-stage institutionalization process\u2014impetus, construction, and structuring\u2014linked to political, economic, and social types of practices.
