La r\u00e9silience y est vue comme une capacit\u00e9 collective \u00e0 faire face aux crises. Elle repose sur la coh\u00e9rence entre les valeurs transmises aux entrepreneurs et les pratiques internes. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Olive insiste aussi sur l\u2019importance pour les dirigeants de pr\u00e9server leur \u00e9quilibre personnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des espaces de confiance, comme des \u00e9changes entre pairs ou une gouvernance bienveillante. La structure doit aussi pouvoir se r\u00e9organiser pour durer, en gardant un cap clair et une attention \u00e0 l\u2019humain.
