L\u2019objectif est de mieux comprendre ce que signifie aujourd\u2019hui \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9\u00b7e\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0choisir de ne pas l\u2019\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb, sous l\u2019angle des transformations majeures qui affectent les profils, les pratiques, et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes d\u2019accompagnement. Trois principaux facteurs expliquent cette \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le premier facteur tient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des profils et des comportements des porteurs de projets. \u00c0 la diversit\u00e9 croissante des parcours s\u2019ajoutent de nouvelles pratiques. De plus en plus autonomes dans la construction de leur capital humain, les porteurs de projets s\u2019appuient sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les ressources en ligne et leur entourage. Les structures d\u2019accompagnement sont ainsi confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des personnes accultur\u00e9es, plus exigeantes, qui attendent un soutien cibl\u00e9, en phase avec la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de leur projet. Une partie de ces entrepreneurs porte \u00e9galement une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019impact soci\u00e9tal et environnemental de leur activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le deuxi\u00e8me facteur est la transformation digitale, amplifi\u00e9e par l\u2019essor de l\u2019intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Le passage au num\u00e9rique, bien qu\u2019il facilite l\u2019\u00e9largissement des dispositifs et l\u2019entr\u00e9e de nouveaux acteurs, interroge aussi la qualit\u00e9 des interactions et des dynamiques collectives qu\u2019il g\u00e9n\u00e8re (Becker et al., 2024). Cette transformation redessine les comp\u00e9tences attendues des accompagnateurs et favorise l\u2019entr\u00e9e de nouveaux acteurs dot\u00e9s d\u2019offres hybrides et d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le troisi\u00e8me facteur concerne le financement public, qui demeure central dans de nombreux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes d\u2019accompagnement. Dans un contexte de forte r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9pense publique, les structures sont incit\u00e9es \u00e0 repenser leur mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 revisiter leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, tant vis-\u00e0-vis des pouvoirs publics que des entrepreneurs. Cette l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 m\u00e9rite d\u2019ailleurs d\u2019\u00eatre envisag\u00e9e sous un angle \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique (Banc et Messeghem, 2025)\u00a0: comment les structures se connectent-elles aux autres sous-\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes entrepreneuriaux (Cloutier et Messeghem, 2022)\u00a0? Comment contribuent-elles \u00e0 l\u2019orchestration (Harima et al., 2024) et \u00e0 la gouvernance des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes (Nave et al., 2024)\u00a0?
